Plateau United have issued head coach, Mbwas Mangut a three-game ultimatum to turn the fortune of the club around on the NPFL table.
According to a statement released by the club’s Director, Media operation, Yaksat Maklek on 3rd of February, 2025, the decision followed meeting involving the club’s stakeholders and a careful examination of key matters leading to poor performance.
The club’s decision is aimed at helping the club escape relegation and a warning to the handler against losing his job.
The Peace Boys have recorded just one win from their last five league games.
The former champions held Shooting Stars to a 1-1 draw in a matchday 22 encounter at the New Jos Stadium on Sunday.
Plateau United are currently in 15th position in the table with 24 points.
They are just two points above the relegation zone.
